Would you like to learn how to photograph the things around you better? Want to capture your little ones on a daily basis with your new DSLR camera?  Then you've come to the right place.  Tripp Photography offers both private and classroom style lessons.  In our course, you will learn how to stop using the automatic modes on your dslr cameras and onto full manual mode!  You will learn some terms that you have never heard of before like aperture and f-stops.  You will learn how to use your camera to the best of it's ability.  I mean, that's what you bought it for, right?  Hobbyists welcome!  Please note, all students of Tripp Photography receive 15% off any portrait sessions for one year after taking the class!

Our level-one group in-class sessions are 2.5 hours long for only $99+hst and must be taken prior to enrolling in our level-two class. (vouchers valid for this class)

Private lessons available at $75/hour+hst. (vouchers are not valid for this lesson)

Outdoor excursions will begin in March 2012.  These are $99+hst for 3 hours.  Locations to be determined.  (vouchers are not valid for this lesson)

Group classes are available weekday evenings, as well as the occasional weekday or Sunday class. You need to register prior to arriving at the class as they fill up quickly.  For these classes, please bring your camera and it's manual.  If you have a voucher for one of these classes, you will also need to bring enough money to cover hst, as your voucher does not include tax.  We do accept interact and credit cards.

Please keep in mind, during the winter season, we request that you bring a set of indoor shoes or slippers to change into, as we have new floors.  We will have some slippers available.

Along with in class sessions, outdoor group seminars are available throughout the year.  Let me know what type of subjects you like to shoot and I can let you know when an outing in that specialty will occur.  Some examples of this would be "shooting with models", "landscape photography", "plants and flowers" and "capturing animals, on camera that is".
